We ship nationwide for a flat fee of ₱220.

• Metro Manila – Express delivery within 24 hours via Lalamove.

• Rest of the Philippines – Standard delivery in 4-6 business days via JRS Express.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your jewelry. If you're not fully satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item(s).

To initiate a return, email us at contact@goldenmonstera.com with your order number and a brief explanation of your request.

Please note:
• Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging.
• Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
